Diversion discussed at the CSTO meeting
The CSTO Permanent Council held a meeting today. Armenia's Representative to the CSTO delivered a report on Azerbaijan's subversive attack on June 18, 2010 in the Martakert region of Nagorno-Karabakh to representatives of CSTO member countries and Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha.
According to information on the CSTO's website, Russia's proposals to improve mechanisms for responding to crisis situations in the Russian Federation were studied during the meeting. The documents regulating the collective security forces and the means, as well as a draft statement of the CSTO member countries on Afghanistan drug threat was also considered.
