Education knows no age limits
"Your day is lost if you have learnt nothing," RA Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan said during today's educational conference at the Marriott Armenia hotel.
The conference dedicated to the education of adults brought together representatives from 26 member countries of the European Association for the Education of Adults.
"Education knows no age limits. An adult is a person who wants to receive additional education -be it technical, linguistic or something else. I mean non-formal education," Arevik Sargsyan, Chairwoman of Adult Education and Lifelong Learning Association, told A1+.
The Republic of Armenia has adopted a concept according to which any person can receive formal or non-formal education parallel to his/her profession.
On June 17, the European Association for the Education of Adults holds an international conference dedicated to the education of adults and youth.
