On 12 May President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received general military superintendent of the Republic of Armenia colonel-general Mikayel Haroutyunyan.
Issues related to the development of army building and cooperation of the two Armenian states in this sphere were discussed during the meeting.
