Former Minister turned Extraordinary Ambassador
On April 26, Serzh Sargsyan issued decrees on appointing Andranik Manukyan RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Ukraine (residence in Kiev) and granting him the diplomatic ranking of RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
In 2001-2008, Andranik Manukyan held the post of RA Minister of Transportation and Communication and was appointed Adviser to the RA President in April 2008.
