CC rules in favour of Pashinyan’s contender
The Constitutional Court of Armenia today left the decision of the Territorial Election Commission unchanged thus quashing the claim of parliamentary candidate Nikol Pashinyan on cancelling the election results at Constituency 10.
The CC ruled that Ara Simonyan had won the by-election in the constituency during the by-election of January 10.
