Kocahryan released from duties
On April 22, Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on relieving Ashot Kocharyan of the post of Armenian Ambassador to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Under another presidential decree, Armenia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of India Ara Hakobyan was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (seat in New Delhi).
