Nalbandyan attracted attention
Armenia's Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan today received Head of the OSCE's Office of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) Yanesh Lenarchich.
According to the press release of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the meeting the parties discussed issues relating to cooperation between Armenia and the OSCE/ODIHR.
Nalbandyan pointed out that Yerevan attaches importance to cooperation with the office and is ready to continue strong collaboration.
During the meeting, the parties touched upon the office's activities for improving electoral processes and implementing observatory missions and said that the activities and discussions on the results and conclusions are useful for registering progress in the field.
Minister Nalbandyan and Ambassador Lenarchich discussed the process of democratic reforms in Armenia and the steps being taken.
Armenia's Minister of Foreign Affairs attracted Lenarchich's attention to Azerbaijan's anti-Armenian propaganda instilling hatred toward the nation and mentioned that that was a clear violation of OSCE standards.
