EBU middleweight champion Matthew Macklin (UK) will defend the title against Khoren Gevor (Armenia) in Birmingham on April 16, 2010.
Note that according to the European Box Union, Matthew Macklin was to fight with Russian Dmitry Pirog but later the Union chose the Armenian sportsman.
