Turkey wants as much as possible
Former commander of the Shushi separate squadron Zhirair Sefilyan views the Turkey-Armenia Protocols as "Turkish" because they only favor Turkey.

"Turkey has always strived to get as much as possible and they will stay true to their custom," said Sefilyan. According to him, Turkey is trying to reach the return of the territories of Nagorno-Karabakh after seeing that the country with which it is establishing relations is not a country.
Zhirair Sefilyan is still of the belief that Serzh Sargsyan is ready for concessions of Nagorno-Karabakh. "For that purpose only, he is trying to obtain the guarantee of foreign powers that he will stay in power after handing the territories."
