Constitutional Court to consider FOI claim
On February 5, the Armenian Constitutional Court is scheduled to hear the claim of the Freedom of Information Center demanding to recognize Articles 151 and 152 of the RA Administrative Procedure Code anti-constitutional.
FOI Center had filed two actions against the head of the RA Investing Projects Implementation Unit and district head of Nor Nork community. In both cases the Centre failed to make the officials accountable.
