Mushegh Saghatelyan is not feeling well
Former head of the RA Department of Place of Imprisonment, political prisoner in jail for the events of March 1, Mushegh Saghatelyan has health problems. His son, Sevak Saghatelyan, told "A1+" that his father underwent a check-up at "Erebuni" medical center a couple of days ago. The political prisoner has stomach problems and his blood pressure is not stable. Nevertheless, he is still at "Vardashen" penitentiary and is receiving check-ups there.
"He has always had health problems and those problems rise due to the prison conditions," said Sevak Saghatelyan.
"A1+" asked Sevak if Mushegh Saghatelyan is still continuing the struggle. In response, his son said: "I am not the one to tell you that. I think it is visible and what he can't do outside, we do for him."
Let us remind that Mushegh Saghatelyan was acknowledged guilty under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 316 of the RA Penal Code (Violence against a state representative), Part 4, Article 235 (Procuring, using, keeping, transferring or carrying illegal weapons, ammunition, explosives or other explosive equipment). He has been sentenced to five years and has been fined 900,000 AMD.
