Appealed to CC
President of the "Supreme Council" parliamentary group Ruben Torosyan filed an appeal to the Constitutional Court today. The group had observed the January 10 National Assembly elections held at precinct #10.
He is appealing the constitutionality of propositions established by Part 2, Article 63.1 of the Electoral Code and Article 150 of the Code of Administrative Court.
According to Ruben Torosyan, the precinct electoral commission recapped the results on January 14 without taking into account the two appeals sent to the Administrative Court.
The appeals are already at the Cassation Court.
"I'm talking about electoral violations that could have had an impact on the results of the vote," says Ruben Torosyan.
The Precinct Electoral Commission explains that they had received information from the Central Electoral Commission according to which there were no appeals that had not been examined by the Administrative Court.
