Is Simonyan more displeased than Pashinyan?
Applications on the vote recount at Constituency 10 were to be submitted with the Territorial Election Commission (TEC) by 2:00 p.m. January 11.
Talking to A1+, TEC Chairwoman Silva Markosyan said that they had received 13 applications.
"Eleven complaints have been presented by representatives of candidate Ara Simonyan and two by Nikol Pashinyan. The latter challenges the election results in precincts 10/30 and 10/07," said the TEC Chairwoman.
"The Commission is not entitled to investigate the violence during the elections. It is upon the Prosecutor's Office to start an inquiry if there are any complaints," she added.
