Voters’ lists stolen
Voting was terminated at polling station 10/19 an hour and a half ago. Voters got disappointed after standing before the polling station for an hour and went home.
Voting was interrupted after the proxies of parliamentary candidates Nikol Pashinyan and David Hakobyan found the voters' lists stolen.
Armenian National Congress member Vladimir Karapetyan was set off after declaring about the theft. After the stolen electoral rolls were taken back some 600 individuals were announced to have cast votes at the precinct. The figures obviously were incompliant with those given by Pashinyan's proxies.
CEC member Zoya Tadevosyan announced that the theft must be protocolled and the election terminated.
Though no one is allowed to near a polling station more than 50 meters, crowds of people are grouped at the doors and journalists are forbidden to shoot or photograph inside the building.
