Everything is permitted for the people
Former commander of the Shushi separate squadron Jirair Sefilyan notices unity of will among the Armenian people, which he says is a great achievement.
"I am certain that the unity of will of that sector of the people will help us centralize our forces and liberate ourselves from this regime."
Sefilyan believes that those who thought that they shouldn't take extreme measures in 2009 were convinced that it is impossible to fight with the law against an outlaw government. "You can't fight with laws of dictatorship. We must work with the logic of the people and the logic is that power belongs to the people. Everything is permitted for the people because they are the owners of the country. This must be at the core of our strategy."
Sefilyan wasn't able to say what our greatest flaw was. He mentioned that there are many flaws and they are all interconnected. "What concerns me is that our country is becoming weaker day after day, emigration continues and nothing is being done in the liberated territories. It is a humiliating situation not only in the liberated territories, but also in all the regions compared to the capital."
Jirair Sefilyan wishes the people the will to be able to finally create a moral regime in 2010. "I am optimist and we will accomplish that." Sefilyan is planning to celebrate the New Year with his family in Yerevan.
