On December 18, Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on bestowing the military rank of general-colonel upon National Security Service Chief, General-Lieutenant Gorik Hakobyan, the military rank of general-lieutenant upon National Security Service Deputy Chief, General-Major Felix Tsolaykan, and the military rank of general-lieutenant upon National Security Service Deputy Chief, General-Major Romik Harutyunyan.
