Assistants of the OSCE acting co-chair Peter Kin and Zhaslan Hurtasi had to hold monitoring today in the Fizuli region on the line of contact between Azerbaijan and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
According to Azeri presses, colonel of the Azeri Defense Army Eldar Sabiroghli said that the monitoring hadn't taken place due to violation of the cease-fire regime by the Armenian side.
Head of the department of public relations of the Defense Army of the NKR Senor Hasratyan told "A1+" that, as usual, the Azeri mass media outlets had spread wrong information. "The Defense Army of the NKR has not violated the cease-fire regime, neither in the past couple of days nor in general," said Mr. Hasratyan.
