The service examination assigned for examining the escape from the "Nubarashen" penitentiary on November 27 is over. Regulatory fees were applied for not fulfilling servicemen's obligations under the commands of head of the penitentiary department, general-major of Justice A. Giziryan. Head of the department of security of the "Nubarashen" penitentiary, head of the department of maintenance of prisoners with a life sentencing, the chief expert, first-degree expert of the on-duty group, third-degree expert of the security division and two junior experts were removed from their offices.
The deputy head, the on-duty group correspondent, head of the operative department and the department's chief expert had their posts lowered, while two chief experts of the department of maintenance of prisoners with life sentencing received severe warnings, as reported by the Ministry of Justice.
