Police offer recipe to murderers
Sixty-nine murders have been recorded in Armenia over the last ten months, RA Police report.
"The fact is most concerning with aggression prevailing in all human relations. "Psychologists and sociologists must define the reasons for aggression and humanity should elaborate a "policy" of tolerance, kindness and concession. The point is that the problem exists in our reality and nervous breakdown and intolerance have penetrated into our daily life.
Nevertheless, we can mitigate aggression eliminating all factors favouring this phenomenon, e.g. indifference and wickedness. We can help people display volition, and philosophical approach to hardships. The recipes are simple handy and effective.
The statistics shows that most murders and attempts upon life have been committed for trivial reasons. During heated quarrels the passions heat up and the parties kill each other.
Only through vigilance, discretion, tolerance and human intercourse we can restore frustrated human relations. Here is the real recipe prescribed to each of us," say the RA Police.
