Artur Bichakhchyan has been appointed the new head of the Gyumri division of the Shirak regional department of the RA Police and launched his activities today.

In an interview with "Tsaig", the newly appointed head said that he knows the citizens of Gyumri rather well. Before his appointment, Bichakhchyan worked at the Ijevan police department of the Tavush Marz as head of the division. Artur Bichakhchyan mentioned that there will not be any cadre changes until he gets acquainted with the staff and their activities.
