Generals addressed Serzh Sargsyan
It appears that the person who dedicated himself to the Artsakh liberation struggle and the defense of our borders runs the risk of losing his life.
General-Colonel Gurgen Dalibaltayan and General-Major Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan (Commandos) sent a letter today to Serzh Sargsyan:
"Distinguished President Sargsyan, liberation soldier, second-degree fighter, beloved commander and devotee of the Artsakh struggle Sasun Mikayelyan's health has sharply deteriorated during the long time in prison. Regardless of the reason why he was deprived of his liberty, it appears that the person who dedicated himself to the Artsakh liberation struggle and the defense of our borders runs the risk of losing his life. In this case, we are guided not only by humanism, but as eyewitnesses and colleagues and we praise Sasun Mikayelyan's heroic past and unforgettable accomplishments. Based on the above mentioned, we ask you to take advantage of your powers as President of the Republic of Armenia and petition to release Sasun Mikayelyan from further sentencing due to his health condition," as stated in the letter.
