Nalbandian conveyed RA President's greetings
Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with Japan's Crown Prince Naruhito on November 26.
Minister Nalbandian asked the Crown Prince to pass RA President's greetings and wishes to Japan's Emperor Akihito. He also reiterated Yerevan's intention to develop friendly relations with Japan.
The Armenian FM briefed on results of the talks in Tokyo and commented on Armenia's approach to a number of regional and international issues.
In the second half of the day Minister Nalbandian delivered a lecture on Armenia's foreign policy at the International Relations Institute of Tokyo.
Edward Nalbandian presented the current level of the Armenian-Japanese relations and Armenia's initiatives targeted at their development, the efforts towards the reinforcement of peace and stability in the region.
In response to the question about the constant threats from Azerbaijan, Edward Nalbandian said: "Maybe, these statements are made with a view of exerting pressure. Naturally, it cannot impress either Armenia or Karabakh. These attempts create an obviously negative impression among the international community."
