Murder was revealed
A man's body was found in a closed store located in the subway in front of building #1 on Mashtots Avenue yesterday.
According to the police, investigators examined and found out that the person who had been murdered was Edward Mirzoyan, 24, who was a resident of Spitak city and was living on rent in Yerevan.
It turned out that on November 10 at 6 p.m. Tigran Gevorgyan (born in 1966) had killed Mirzoyan with a pocket-knife during a dispute at the mentioned site. Tigran Gevorgyan has been sentenced before and doesn't have a permanent residency.
The knife has been confiscated and Tigran Gevorgyan is under arrest. The examination of the case is led by the investigative department of the Kentron police division.
