Young singer Laura Hayrapetyan will represent Armenia at the "Junior Eurovision-2009" song context in a couple of days and she is seriously preparing for her performance.

She is very nervous because she will be singing live and the jury will be taking even a small mistake into account. In an interview with "A1+", Laura Hayrapetyan, 12, said that she takes vocal, dance and English lessons in order to represent Armenia with honor.

Laura will leave for Ukraine on November 15 and the contest will be held on November 21. The singer will perform with five dancers selected through a contest.
Laura is the third to perform with her song "Barcelona". "I am going to be the third performer and 3 is my lucky number. I must say that this is the third time that Armenia is taking part in the contest. So, I hope that the number three will bring me luck," Laura says.

There are 13 singers participating in the "Junior Eurovision-2009" and Laura's "Barcelona" is currently in the top three based on an online poll.

Let us remind that in 2007, the "Arevik" group participated in the "Junior Eurovision" and won 2nd place with their song "Yerazank"' (Dream), while Monica Manucharova from Gyumri won 8th place last year with her song "Im Yergi Hnchyune" (The sound of my song).
