Wasn't Pashinian in Armenia on March 1?
The Ijevan branch of the RA Police Passport and Visa Department has refused to give a certificate of permanent residence to jailed opposition activist and chief editor of Haykakan Zhamanak daily Nikol Pashinian.
"Nikol Pashinian is denied a certificate since he was in search from February 26, 2008 to July 7, 2009 and didn't live in Armenia in the given period.
Remind that Nikol Pashinian has made a bid to run for Parliament at Yerevan's Constituency 10 and he needed the certificate for registration.
Nikol Pashinian surrendered to law-enforcement agencies on July 1, 2009.
