How the cookie crumbles
The Central Office of the Social Democrat Hnchankian Party (SDHK) has issued a statement today.
"On November 2, 2009, SDHK Spokesman Narek Galstian violated SDHK regulations and disseminated disinformation announcing that Vardan Khacahtrian is a SDHK member. The Party's Board will consider Galstian's statement in its upcoming sitting.
The SDHK Central Office announces that Vardan Khachatrian is not a SDHK member and no one is empowered to revoke SDHK decisions under the RA Law on Parties (July 3, 2002) ."
The Social Democrat Hnchankian Party will consider V. Khachatrian's application in a year.
Narek Galstian didn't want to comment.
