Karekin II awarded St. Mesrop Mashtots Order
On October 30 Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on on bestowing a St. Mestrop Mashtots Order upon His Holiness Garegin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, for his contribution to the preservation and development of national and spiritual values.
