Spy arrested
RA National Security Service arrested Gevorg Hairapetian (Armenian citizen) on charges of spying for Azeri special services.
Hairapetian was reserve lieutenant colonel. In 2007 he was transferred to the reserve for severe violations of military and service discipline. He is accused under the article "Treason against the State as Espionage". A foreign citizen who maintained contact between Hairapetian and Azeri special services was also detained, reports the RA NSS.
