Crashed and left
On October 16 at around 9 a.m. the investigative department of the Shirak region received an alarm that a car accident had taken place at the end of the Shirakatsi Street in Gyumri. Losing control and not being able to make a turn, the VAZ 24 10 brand name car curved off the road, crashed into the gates of the Central Park and remained in the trees.
According to investigators' predictions, the car had come at a high speed.
The driver was probably drunk and there were traces of blood on his side. Investigators believe that there was another passenger in the car. They had left the car with the state license plate, but no other cars or passer-bys were injured.
Experts were able to find out the state license numbers-06 LL 656. At noon police found the driver and the passenger. The accident had taken place at around 8:30 a.m. and the reason for the accident was that brothers Kerob and Hamazasp Adibekyan from the Armenian city of Armavir (born in 1977 and 1980 respectively) were not trained to drive in traffic in Gyumri. They didn't receive major injuries.
