Heritage applies to CC
In his September 23 letter to the RA Constitutional Court Parliamentary, Heritage faction Stepan Safarian requests CC President Gagik Harutiunian to organize discussions around consistency with RA constitution of the Armenian-Turkish Protocols, including compliance of document's contents with the purposes specified in its preamble.
