Armenia's first President Levon Ter-Petrosian will make a lengthy speech at today's opposition rally near the Matenadaran.

"Levon Ter-Petrosian will speak about the recent developments, Armenian-Turkish Protocols, their impact on the Karabakh conflict settlement, home political affairs and political prisoners," representative of the Armenian National Congress (HAK), Vladimir Karapetian said to A1+.

"I think Levon Ter-Petrosian will lay new accents on the pre-signed Protocols on Armenian-Turkish relations. He will open all brackets for the public and express HAK's opinion on the disputed Protocols."

The HAK representative adds that interesting reports will be made during the rally.

Leaders of the People's Party of Armenia (ZhK) and Republic Party Stepan Demirtchian and Aram Sargsian are supposed to make speeches at the rally.

"The Protocols have been bound to Armenia. They reflect solely the interests of Turkey and it is felt in every line. I think Armenian diplomats shouldn't have let the sides sign the vulnerable document."
