Heads of Armenian parliamentary commissions have already moved to the National Assembly's new building. NA Standing Committees will work in a special hall and will no longer conduct sittings in chairs' rooms.

Naira Zohrabian, Chairwoman of NA Standing Committee on European Integration, hasn't moved to the new wing yet since she is preoccupied with a more serious work: she is "arming" for the autumn session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). Ms. Zohrabian is compiling materials portraying the real scenes of the Karabakh war and Khojalu massacres.

The Armenian delegate to the PACE will also take a video film to Strasbourg presenting the chronicle of the Artsakh war.

"During my working visit to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, the NKR Foreign Ministry gave me a film entitled "Unpunished Crime" which depicts the Karabakh war and Sumgait carnage. I am going to hand the DVD to PACE delegates on September 28," Naira Zohrabian said to A1+.

"We needn't underestimate Azerbaijan's propaganda manoeuvres. Every time the Azerbaijan delegation puts on the table another preposterous version of the Khojalu slaughter we mustn't suffice saying "You are lying again." We should introduce other facts and materials," says Ms. Zohrabian.

"Every year President Ilham Aliyev's wife Mihriban Aliyeva issues 50 000 books on the "Khojalu massacres." Azerbaijan even awards a state prize for documentaries and books presenting the events. Armenia must speak to them in their language as disinformation is a mighty weapon capable of changing the general atmosphere in the globe," adds the Chairwoman of NA Standing Committee on European Integration.

With the permission of NA Speaker, Naira Zohrabian has published a booklet with Azerbaijani appeals to annihilate Armenians and glorify Ramil Safarov who killed an Armenian officer. The booklet gives no comments and is solely based on dry facts. The book is also available in Russian and English.
