Ashot Kocharian appointed RA Ambassador to Lebanon
By a September 10 decree of President Serzh Sargsyan, Armenia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of India Ashot Kocharian was relieved of the position and appointed as RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Lebanon (seat in Beirut).
According to another presidential decree, Arthur Osikian was appointed Deputy Chief of RA Police.
