Bortnikov is pleased with Armenian NSS
Serzh Sargsyan today received the head of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB), Alexander Bortnikov who is in Yerevan to participate in the joint consultation of Armenian and Russian security heads.
President Sargsyan highlighted Armenian-Russian military partnership, regular contacts in different spheres and the high level of political dialogues testifying to extended relations between the countries under question.
Serzh Sargsyan also underlined partnership and contact between the security bodies saying they increase efficiency in the combat against new challenges and threats.
Alexander Bortnikov, in his turn, expressed satisfaction with the National Security Services of Armenia.
The interlocutors also referred to security issues in the region. President Sargsyan emphasized Russia's role in the region.
