Workshop in Ministry of Defense
Armenia's President, Commander-in-Chief of the military Serzh Sargsyan had a working consultation with representatives of the RA Ministry of Defense.
During the meeting, the chief military inspector Mikael Harutyunyan reported on inspection results in one of the military units of the Armenian army. The report was followed by a detailed discussion.
President Serzh Sargsyan gave clear assignments and set define time frames for their realization.
The President noted that he would have regular meetings with the Minister of Defense and Chief of the Armed Forces General Staff.
The head of the state stressed the importance of consistent work to improve the army's fighting efficiency.
"The political leadership of Armenia in the negotiation process delivers a confident and dignified position, this possibility is provided by country's army - the most established institute in Armenia," noted Mr. Serzh Sargsyan.
