In January-July 2009,the RA state budget received 359 billion drams, while expenditures made up 426.5 billion drams. They insured the 67.1% and 70.3% respectively for the nine-month program of the RA government.
The annual project indicators were 39.9% of income and 47.6% of expenditures.
Compared to the same period last year, the income of the state budget has reduced by 13.3% or 55 billion drams. Particularly, taxes and fines have reduced by 18.1% (61.5 billion drams) and official grants have reduced by 3.1%, which makes up over 2.7 billion drams. In the same period social security payments and other income has grown by 1.7 billion drams (3.2%) and 4.8 billion drams (31.5%) respectively.
In the given period foreign donors have provided 242.5 billion drams in loans of which 185.1 billion drams was by the Russian government and 57.4 billion drams from the International Monetary Fund.
