Under an August 24 decree of RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, Ruben Sinoyan was appointed Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Armenia.

According to another decree of the same day, Vardan Karapetyan was appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture, reports the press service of the Armenian Government.
