Government officials paid tribute to the victims of the Tehran-Yerevan plane crash on July 15 with a moment of silence before moving on to today's session.

The inter-ministerial commission on the airplane crash created by the Prime Minister informed government officials about the search for victims, relatives' departures, transfer of bodies and the measures being taken for solving other issues.

Among issues on the agenda was the issue to show government support to the families of RA citizens who died in the plane crash.

It was decided to grant 7,500,000 drams to the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Issues to organize the funeral of the victims, prepare and install the tombstones (1,500,000 drams for each victim).

The Yerevan city council received 675 thousand drams to give to the city council's "Special service for the population" CJSC for support in the funeral services (135 thousand drams for each victim). The RA Minister of Labor and Social Issues was granted permission to provide prepaid means to those who were organizing funeral services for the victims. The RA Ministry of Finance was granted permission to open a treasury account at the Ministry staff's treasury department for providing financial assistance to families of victims who were RA citizens.
