Parents complain
Mothers of soldiers killed in Armenian military units were standing in front of the government building today with photos of their sons. They don't believe that their sons died from the opponent's shots or were electrocuted.
Mother of Tigran Ohanjanyan, who was killed at the military unit in the Kartchaghbyur villlage of Vardenis on August 30, 2007, said that an exhumation was supposed to be held last Thursday, but their expert was taken off the list and they refused to do it.
"If my son was electrocuted, how come his teeth were missing and his clothes were ripped?" asked Gohar Sargsyan, mother of Tigran Ohanjanyan.
The parents say that nobody pays any attention to them besides Justice Minister Gevorg Danielyan. But the Minister only has intimate conversations. Mrs. Anahit, mother of Andranik Hayrapetyan who died on May 15, 2008 in Martakert, says that her son couldn't have died from the opponent's shots because there were bruises on his body. Mrs. Anahit also says that Andranik Hayrapetyan was studying at the Physical Education Institute and was supposed to finish studies in September if nothing had happened to him,
The residents of the sale zone held another protest today with the demand for normal compensation.
