The Financial Ombudsman's Office has received 80 complaints in the second trimester of its activity.

49 complaints are not liable to consideration by the Financial Ombudsman as they do not refer to financial organizations.

Eight of the remaining 30 complaints were lodged in written form. Two were rejected, two met by reconciling the client and the organization. Another two are still under consideration.

The other complaints haven't been submitted with the Financial Ombudsman's Office in due order. The Office representatives helped the applicants put down their demands and submit with the financial organization.
