Serzh Sargsyan today received the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France), and Matthew Bryza (USA), as well as the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk.

The interlocutors discussed the current stage of negotiations on the Karabakh conflict settlement and referred to issues related to the forthcoming meeting of the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian participated in the meeting.

The Co-Chairs expressed regret that the weather conditions did not allow them to travel to Stepanakert.

The Co-Chairs are due to meet Armenian journalists in the evening.

After the meeting Edward Nalbandian answered journalists' questions concerning Azerbaijani FM's statement that Nagorno Karabakh would be given autonomy to Nagorno Karabakh within Azerbaijan. "The issue of Artsakh's status is beyond the jurisdictions of the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister. The issue is to be decided by Karabakhi people."
