Ter-Petrosyan met with the Commissioner

On July 7 RA First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan met with German Federal Government Commissioner for Human Rights Policy and Humanitarian Aid Gunter Nooke and Charge d'Affaires of the Federal Republic of Germany in Armenia Melanie Moltmann.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues relating to democracy and human rights in Armenia, particularly the release of political prisoners, freedom of speech and holding rallies and the reopening of "A1+" television.
Participating in the meeting were Armenian National Congress representatives Levon Zurabyan and David Shahnazaryan, as reported by the press service of the Armenian National Congress.
