200 prisoners amnestied
Forty-seven prisoners were released from the Erebuny Penitentiary Institution as of June 24. The sentence term of another inmate has been reduced.
Eighteen people were freed from the Sevan Prison, one from the Yerevan-Kentron, twenty-three from the Kosh and one from the Hrazdan.
Under the general pardon dated June 19, totally 200 prisoners had been released from Armenian prisons by June 24, reports Arsen Babayan, Spokesman for the Justice Ministry's Department of Penitentiaries.
