Open sky between Armenia and the USA
The "Air Communication (Open Sky)" treaty signed in Washington by the U.S. and Armenian governments on 2008 November 21 went into effect on June 16 after completion of bilateral documentation.
This document provides Armenian and U.S. airline companies with the opportunity to conduct direct flights to and from both countries, as reported by the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
