"I'm not even talking about my votes because they are as clean as the tear of a saint."

"I officially denounce these elections and I am disappointed with the process. I'm not even talking about my votes because they were as clean as the tear of a saint. I am pleased with and proud of the number of votes I got," leader of the People's Party Tigran Karapetyan said today during a press conference, adding that the elections were not democratic at all.

According to him, these were humiliating elections because the people did not come by their own will and were brought there.

As far as his expections are concerned, Tigran Karapetyan said that the only people who expect votes are those who hold the elections, "give money, count the votes and and expect the number of votes". As for the votes, Tigran Karapetyan's party received 8,569 votes.

Karapetyan had brought along a number of reports of electoral violations, but is not planning to present them anywhere because in his opinion, it is nonsensical and he already knows what the answer will be. The violations that he registered included the misplaced ballots and invalid ballots.

Besides that, Karapetyan believes that all electoral commissions must be disbanded and a new format must be put in place. According to him, the electoral commission members are doing business and making money. As for the ANC's decision to reject the mandates, Mr. Karapetyan welcomes tha decision and considers it of principle.

Karapetyan took advantage of the opportunity to appeal to Serzh Sargsyan and declare that it is necessary to declare amnesty. "Serzh Sargsyan had said that he would declare amnesty if he saw the need in society and among political parties. That is why I announce that there is such a need and it would be better if the amnesty is declared before the endof the trials," said leader of the party.
