Newly-appointed judge swore in
Support A1+!Under a May 27 decree of Serzh Sargsyan Karen Avetisyan was appointed Judge of Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan's Erebuni and Nubarashen Districts.
The newly-appointed judge swore in at today's sitting of the RoA Council of Justice.
Assuming the new office Karen Avetisyan swore to "be committed to judge's responsibilities in compliance with the RoA Constitution and laws, to be unbiased and consistent, fair and humane, to meet all criteria ensuring the supremacy of law and image of the judicial power."
Congratulating Karen Avetisyan on the new office Serzh Sargsyan expressed hope that the judge's words will be compliant with his deeds.
