No reference at all?
During the Prague meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents no reference was made to the withdrawal of troops from the territories controlled by the NKR Armed Forces, states Tigran Balayan, Spokesperson for the RoA MFA.
The discussions mostly referred to the status of Nagorno Karabakh and this is quite natural as it is the core issue of the conflict settlement," added Mr. Balayan.
