Proclamation to be signed
The first EU "Eastern Cooperation" summit kicks off today in Prague.
Serzh Sargsyan is currently in Prague for a two-day working visit and will make a speech on the sidelines of the summit.
The Proclamation to be signed during the summit includes important issues and calls for respecting human rights and fundamental rights.
During his visit Serzh Sargsyan will meet with his Azeri counterpart Ilham Aliev. Sargsyan will also have working meetings with Ukrainian President Victor Yushchenko and Turkish President Abdullah Gul with the initiative of Yushchenko and Gul.
