According to another presidential decree, Armenia's Permanent Representative at the UN Office in Geneva and other international organizations, Charles Aznavour, was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Swiss Confederation (seat in Geneva).
