People are gathering
More and more people are gathering at the area near the Matenadaran to participate in the opposition's rally.
The rally has not launched yet and the opposition leaders still haven't arrived. The youth are the most active as they stir the crowd with flags and songs.
There are no police officers and people are freely making their way to the Matenadaran.
A march is scheduled to take place after the rally. Although the march is not permitted, head of the patrol and guards service of the RA Police Robert Melkonyan promised that they would not interfere if everything went smoothly. The march will end on Northern Avenue.
